Emergency aid kits for families in the North

Providing vital aid to those in need in routine times and emergencies

Following the events of the last days, the emergency situation in the North of Israel has drastically escalated to a point of severity. A "special emergency situation" was declared, schools and gathering places remain closed and thousands of residents in Northern cities, not in the front line up until now, are asked to stay near a shelter. Hundreds of thousands of residents of the North, many of whom have only recently returned to their homes after evacuation, are trapped in shelters throughout the region under ongoing rocket fire and sirens.

Latet - the largest NGO combating poverty in Israel - is taking immediate action to deliver critical aid to those impacted by the war. Since the outbreak of the conflict, we've already distributed over 196,000 emergency kits with food and hygiene essentials. Now, we're expanding our efforts to provide extended shelter kits to the residents of the North.

As a leading humanitarian aid organization in both routine and emergency situations, Latet's mission remains clear:
we're committed to providing immediate assistance to families in distress and vulnerable populations across the country, at the shortest notice.

Your help is urgently needed to continue this mission. By donating, you can help provide emergency kits that include food, hygiene products, and shelter supplies.

1 EMERGENCY KIT = $72

As of September 25,  we have transported over 600 shelter kits and 5,000 food and hygiene emergency packages to our warehouse in the North, ready for distribution.
With a multifront crisis situation in Israel, your support is essential to swiftly provide aid to those most in need. We need your support to prepare an additional 10,000 packages.
Each shelter kit includes food, hygiene products, water, a first aid kit, a transistor radio, batteries, and activities for children, supporting multiple families for up to 4 days.

The kits you help provide will reach:
- Families and elderly individuals in high-risk areas
- Civilians forced to remain in shelters for extended periods
- Vulnerable populations who are often the first to suffer in times of crisis

Join Latet in making a difference. Your donation will provide life-saving support to those who need it most.
